Flimsy and unsafe for your Kid .. don’t buy!!
I bought this for my new born son about 6 weeks ago. At first we liked it since it takes a small space and is easy to move around from room to room. But things started falling apart very quickly. First the wheels will not stay in place and would keep falling out, I fixed it with a super glue so that it would stay on. After a few more weeks, one of the side rails broke and it made the platform where the child sleeps fall down while my son was still on it, we were lucky that he did not sustain any injuries. Overall, this is a very flimsy product and not very safe for your child. I suspect most of the reviewers here provide reviews soon after they receive the product, so it fails to capture issues that arise a few weeks into using it.
Great crib
This crib has worked perfectly for us. We have a very small apartment and needed a crib that would fit in our bedroom. Our son will eventually outgrow it, but still uses it now as a large 13 month old. For my job I’ve spent a lot of time looking at safety recalls on products for children, making me very familiar with all the ways cribs dangerously fail, and I find this crib is very safe when assembled properly. The fact that it (very easily) folds flat for storage without being disassembled makes it less likely to loose original hardware or be reassembled wrong for a second child or second-hand user. I appreciate the fact that the instructions are written on the base of the crib so they’re always available. Like others I used a different mattress, but didn’t mind because most cribs don’t come with a mattress.
Great Crib!
The crib has been fantastic and perfectly matched my black Ikea bedroom furniture. A must buy for a small apartment or grandma’s house.
I did purchase a thicker mattress.

My only warning is that babies nowadays are larger than they used to be. My 6 month old “technically” hasn’t outgrown the crib, but we have commented that it’s going to be a tight fit before long. Food for thought.
Not worth the price
This Portable crib is too heavy, difficult to adjust and way too expensive. Contrary to manufacturers description that it can be used for toddlers, it’s really only good for infants up until about 8 months. The mattress is very thin. An inexpensive pack and play type crib would have been a much better buy.
Exactly what we needed
As grandparents of two babies, we could not fit two full-sized cribs and recliner-rockers in our nursery for our daughters-in law. These cribs are perfect, they fold and into the closet they go when we have overnight guests. Side slides up or down as needed, and mattress has several positions from newborn to 24 months (aprox). Mattress is very thin, but babies do not seem to mind. Will probably replace for a thicker mattress soon though. Love it! Strongly recomend.
